Your hamper will contain a juicy selection of lamb allowing for cuts for all occasions from premium lamb cutlets to delicious lamb roasting and the humble sausage.

The kilo’s stated are approximate but can be used as a guide as to what you can expect to find when you open up your box.

• 1.5kg cutlets/loins

• 2kg roasts - butterflied gyros shoulder, ezy carve, mini roast, backstrap, or rump

• 2kg everyday cuts - shanks, necks, diced lamb or bbq chops

• 500g gourmet lamb and mint sausages
