At Basalt Hills Beef and Lamb Co, we take pride in providing our customers with fresh, high-quality F1 Wagyu Beef and Low Carbon Lamb mixed hampers.
Quality Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence to assess the issue and will offer a replacement if available or refund if the product is found to be defective.
Incorrect or incomplete orders
In the event of an incomplete or incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will endeavour to rectify the issue as quickly as possible, either by offering a replacement with your next delivery or arranging a partial refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made before your order is invoiced and at least 7 days prior to the delivery window. If cancellation is requested after invoicing or within 7 days of scheduled delivery, your order will proceed as planned.
Non-returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on our perishable beef and lamb products once they have been delivered.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the confirmed request.
Courier Charges:
Delivery fees are not refundable once your order has been dispatched. If a refund or credit is approved for your order, the courier charge may be withheld to cover the costs incurred for delivery. In the event of a failed or refused delivery due to customer error (e.g. incorrect address, unavailable to receive delivery, or no delivery instructions left), courier charges will not be refunded.
